- The provided price list serves as a general guide. Grooming prices are subject to variations based on factors such as the pet's size, breed, coat type, and the overall time needed for grooming. Hourly rate may apply.
- If your pet exhibits hissing, aggressive behavior, or requires the assistance of two staff members during grooming, an additional fee will be charged.
- Pets must be collected before our agreed time to avoid incurring additional charges.
- Any rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment or it will be considered as a no-show and a non-refundable deposit will be required in your next appointment.
